Accessibility statement

Scope

This statement covers sinal-pme.babete.pt — the public pages read here and the signed-in app at /app.

Provider

Sinal is provided by Babete, whose registration and contact details are set out above.

Commitment and standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and EN 301 549, the European standard that incorporates it.

Conformance status

Sinal is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most content meets the standard, with the exceptions below.

• The Can We Bid? pilot is an isolated first-party page, loaded in an iframe, that sits outside the automated sweep and has not yet been assessed against WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Charts in the product are paired with a text description of what they show, but the chart itself is not independently screen-reader navigable.

How this statement was prepared

By self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 AA, plus an automated axe-core sweep of every marketing page that runs in this project's own test suite on every change.
